Although there are many interpertations for the color of roses, I have found these to best describe the beauty in a rose.

Caring for your fresh flowers

When you receive your beautiful bouquet of flowers you would like for them to stay that way for as long as possible. Here are a few hints.

Check the water level daily. Flowers like a lot of water.
When the water starts to become discolored, change the water and add floral food if available.
When removing your flowers, recut the stems with a sharp knife under water. This helps to keep the air bubbles out of your flowers.
Place your flowers in the vase immediately and make sure to remove any leaves below the water line.
Remove any petals or flowers that are wilting. This keeps your arrangement looking nice.
For those of you that think I could never get that arrangment back the way that it looked, just run water into your vase until the old water is gone. Add your flower food.
Keep your arrangement away from heat and keep it in a cool place. Never place it on top of a TV or buy fruit.
By following these few simple steps you can enjoy your arrangement a little longer.
